LA POTION

1 1/2 Part of D.U.C Whisky

1/2 part Cognac

1/4 Part Red Wine Reduction

2 dashes of Mole Bitters

Absinthe mist

Preparation

Chop 4 starfruits and add them to 2 cups of dry red wine, bring to boil.

Once the liquid’s volume has reduce to half, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of sugar.

Strain and let cool off.
Add all ingredients except the absinthe into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir for about 25 seconds.

Mist a rocks glass with absinthe, and/or into a rock glass.

D.U.C NEW FASHION

2 oz of D.U.C Whisky

1 dash of angostura Bitters

1 cube of sugar

2 oz of D.U.C Whisky

Orange ZestSparkling water

Preparation

Combine cube of sugar and angostura bitters in the bottom of a glass until the sugar is completely dissolved.


Fill with ice, add D.U.C Whisky, and top with soda water.


Decorate with one orange zest and two cherries.

THE NOCTURNAL

1 oz Strawberry Infused Campari

1/2 oz Blood Orange Reduction

1/2 oz Averna Amaro

3 Dashes Fig Bitters

Preparation

Garnish with housemade Strawberry Leather

The Throne Sour

1 1/2 oz @DUCWHisky

1/2 oz Cognac

1/2 oz Spiced Rum Liquor

1/2 oz Orange cognac liquor

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Preparation

Verser tous les ingrédients dans un shaker.

Secouer énergiquement pendant quelques minutes. Servir sans attendre, après avoir ôté les glaçons, dans un verre à whisky.
